Full Definition
Pradikat is the German quality tier for wines classified by grape must weight (ripeness) at harvest. In ascending order: Kabinett, Spatlese, Auslese, Beerenauslese, Trockenbeerenauslese, and Eiswein. Each requires minimum Oechsle levels. The system emphasizes natural grape ripeness over winemaking intervention.
