Brut Nature (also Zero Dosage, Non-Dose, or Brut Zero) is sparkling wine bottled without adding any sugar after disgorgement. Residual sugar must be less than 3 g/L. This style showcases terroir and base wine purity but requires ripe, balanced fruit since dosage can't mask flaws. Growing in popularity.
