Still Wine

Non-sparkling wine without carbonation.
Full Definition
Still wine is non-sparkling wine - without intentional carbonation or residual CO2. The vast majority of wine is still. Some still wines have slight spritz (prickle) from dissolved CO2, either residual from fermentation or intentionally added for freshness (common in Vinho Verde).
