Baroque is a white grape variety indigenous to Southwest France, primarily Tursan appellation. It produces wines with floral aromatics and moderate acidity. Nearly extinct by the 1970s, it has been revived as part of efforts to preserve local grape heritage. Often blended with other varieties.
