Full Definition
A winery is the facility where grapes are crushed, fermented, aged, and bottled into wine. May range from small garages to vast industrial complexes. May or may not include vineyards (estate vs. custom crush). Regional terms include domaine, chateau, bodega, cantina, and weingut.
