Full Definition
Non-vintage (NV) wine blends multiple harvest years to achieve consistent house style, most associated with Champagne. Reserves from previous years add complexity and buffer vintage variation. NV doesn't mean lower quality; it's a philosophical choice. Most Champagne production is NV.
