Cava is Spain's traditional method sparkling wine, primarily from Catalonia using Macabeo, Xarel-lo, and Parellada grapes. It must undergo secondary fermentation in bottle and minimum 9 months aging on lees (15 for Reserva, 30 for Gran Reserva). Offers good value compared to Champagne.
