Tart green apple and citrus peel drive the nose, backed by striking limestone minerality from Morstein and Brunnenhäuschen sites. The palate shows impressive tension. Lean and focused with a steely backbone and lingering bitter edge. Still wound tight at this stage; cellar another year for the structure to integrate.
