Ripe apple and juicy pear lead the charge here, with pear skin tang and a faint apple seed bitterness keeping things from feeling too plush. The sweetness is well-judged, present but never cloying, woven in rather than laid on top. Pure-fruited and persistent, though not especially complex. Drink now through 2022.
