Pale copper-salmon with a transparent, onion-skin hue. Floral and a little wild, dried rose petals, mineral dust, fresh mint, and a trace of dried herbs. The acidity is bright and seamlessly woven in, keeping the wine lively through a surprisingly long finish. Deceptively light in frame, but there's real depth tucked beneath that delicate surface. A lovely, quietly serious Nebbiolo rosato.
