Wieninger Wiener Gemischter Satz Ried Falkenberg 2024

Six varieties, Weissburgunder, Chardonnay, Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling, Neuburger and Riesling, co-fermented from east-facing Bisamberg slopes of loess, sand and Danubian gravel, then raised entirely in stainless steel. Stone fruit and a bright lift of passion fruit open the nose cleanly. On the palate, the wine is juicy and generous without ever losing its shape, vivid, zesty freshness keeps everything in line, and a pleasing astringency gives the finish definition. Concentration and ripeness are real here, but neither tips into heaviness. A fine expression of Viennese field-blend tradition.
