Eighty percent Furmint with Hárslevelű from Tokaj filling out the rest. Wet stone and Reine Claude plum on the nose, fresh and inviting. The texture is generous without being heavy, yeast, lemon and apple flesh weave through a concentrated mid-palate that feels alive with freshness. A touch of butter drifts in on the finish, lending just enough roundness to balance the whole thing. Bone-dry and immediately appealing.
