On the palate, Pichler's coolest site reveals itself in the wine's lean, yeasty texture, white pepper surfaces quietly mid-palate, framed by a gentle, almost gliding weight. It's not yet giving much away, but the finish gathers itself with a clean peppery snap and a thread of citrus zest that points toward real potential. Give it time.
