Gentle smoke and cocoa butter on the nose, quietly inviting. Two parcels, one north-facing, one east-facing, on clay, limestone and sandstone, aged in foudre on gross lees through July. The palate shifts gear: bright lemon cream, almost citrus curd, with a silky, seamless texture that carries through to a softly buttery close. Bone-dry, but the roundness makes it feel richer than it is.
