Granite-grown fruit from 50-year-old vines on the steep Wineck Schlossberg, previously destined for sparkling wine and now making its debut as a still bottling. Smoke and crushed stone lead the way, with Victoria plum emerging quietly on a palate that's concentrated yet fluid. Bone-dry, bright, and impressively balanced for a first release.
