Wieninger Wiener Gemischter Satz 2023

Wieninger's calling card draws from a sprawling cast of varieties, Weissburgunder, Grüner Veltliner, Neuburger and Welschriesling anchor the blend, with Riesling, Grauburgunder, Rotgipfler, Zierfandler, Muskateller, Sauvignon Blanc and Traminer rounding it out. Two-thirds of the fruit comes from Bisamberg, the remaining third from the Nussberg. Bright and aromatic from the first pour, it leads with ripe lemon, tangy pink grapefruit and a lift of clementine zest. Slender and cool on the palate, with a crunchy, mouthwatering freshness that makes it thoroughly hard to put down. Bone-dry and built for the table.
