Wieninger Riesling Nussberg 2023

Ripe pear and Mirabelle plum lead on the nose, grown on weathered limestone over loam and clay and fermented in stainless steel. There's more drive on the palate than the generous opening suggests, citrus freshness cuts through cleanly, lifting the fruit without disrupting the fine, yeasty texture underneath. Subtle and supple, bone-dry, with more precision than its soft exterior lets on.
