Wieninger Grüner Veltliner Ried Herrnholz Bisamberg 2023

From a site tucked beneath a small forest on the Bisamberg, the name says it all. Fern, fresh herbs and cream on the nose, with ripe pear and a delicate floral lift. On the palate, the creaminess carries through alongside candied angelica and a peppery, arugula-like bite that keeps things honest. The finish is lemony, fresh and bone-dry, more precision than weight, but satisfying for it.
