Old vines, 50 to 80 years deep in weathered gneiss, leave their mark immediately. A faint reduction on the nose resolves into fresh yeast and struck flint, precise and inviting. On the tongue, stony austerity and saline depth sit side by side, with lemon pith, sage and a subtle soy-like umami threading through the mid-palate before a creamy yeast texture softens the edges. That tension between mineral restraint and savory richness is where this wine lives, lean in structure, layered in character. Bone-dry.
