Mineral-driven and tightly coiled, with cedar, black olive, crushed violets and wet stone emerging slowly from the glass. The palate shows remarkable intensity beneath its austere frame. Poor fruit set concentrated the estate's naturally elegant style into something more powerful yet still refined. Needs five years minimum to show its true character.
