Made with 25% whole clusters and aged in neutral 500-liter barrels, this Stellenbosch Grenache opens with red plum, pomegranate and fennel, garrigue drifting in as it breathes. Medium-bodied and fluid, with polished tannins, well-placed acidity and satisfying weight through the mid-palate — the finish is distinctly Rhône in character, dry and gently grippy. Every bit as good as the 2022. Superb.
