Sourced from roughly equal thirds of Loibenberg, Kellerberg, and Liebenberg, the 2023 Unendlich is built on ripe, clean fruit, golden pear and stone without any hint of botrytis or overripeness. Fermented in large wood and aged in 500-liter barrels with light bâtonnage, the nose carries a smoky, reductive edge over a creamy oak foundation that initially suggests something broad and weighty. What emerges in the glass is something far more composed: concentrated and sinewy rather than big, with a taut structure and genuine depth.
