Drawn from the ripest fruit across Knoll's Loibner single sites, yet made with the intention of preserving site character and freshness. Mandarin, clementine and a faint squeeze of tangerine zest on the nose, inviting without being showy. On the palate, that citrus juiciness flows with an easy, almost seamless fluidity, bone-dry and free of any sense of excess weight or overripeness. There's a clean, bright core running underneath that keeps everything honest and balanced. This is Wachau Riesling that wears its ripeness lightly, and it will only get better with a few years in the cellar.
