Assembled from the ripest fruit across Knoll's Loibner sites, this Vinothekfüllung shows ripe russet pear and a leesy, bread-dough savouriness on the nose. What strikes you most on the palate is the sense of balance, it flows with a soft, unhurried generosity rather than any outward show of power. The body is full but never heavy, and despite the richness of the raw material, it never tips into overripe territory. A deeply harmonious wine, with yeasty depth and a textured mid-palate that settles into a long, composed finish. Bone-dry.
