Muted on the nose at first, but the palate tells a different story, concentrated and taut, with a citrus-driven energy that cuts through the generous, almost silky texture. Lemon pith and white pepper define the finish, which is vivid and lip-smacking. That faint phenolic grip keeps it honest. A blend of 70% Pinot Blanc and 30% Auxerrois from the sandstone, limestone and loam of Rosenberg, fermented and aged on gross lees in foudre. Bone-dry.
