Pear blossom and baked pastry on the nose, delicate and inviting. Equal thirds of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir, the latter two sourced from the grand cru slopes of Hengst and Brand, disgorged without dosage after 18 months on lees. On the palate, the mousse is fine and persistent, the texture creamy despite the bone-dry finish. Lean and vivid, built for the aperitif moment.
