Sourced from the base of Hengst Grand Cru, where deep marl and clay soils collect the finest sediment from above. Ripe and juicy on the nose, Mirabelle plum, white pear, a lift of lemon zest. The palate builds intensity as it lingers, succulent and layered, before settling into a smooth, grapefruit-tinged finish that's quieter than expected but genuinely lovely. Bone-dry.
