Weinbach Riesling Cuvée Colette 2022

Drawn from 50-60-year-old vines on the granitic Bonnes Terres at the foot of Schlossberg, this is restrained on the nose, barely a whisper of Mirabelle. The palate tells a different story: lemon-bright and juicy, with that same stone fruit filling out the mid-palate before citrus pith tightens the dry finish and sets the mouth watering. That gentle phenolic grip is an asset, giving the wine real structural backbone.
