Raspberry coulis and white pepper lead the nose, with a trace of clove and black olive adding quiet intrigue. On the palate, the body is medium and the tannins are supple and well-knit, everything in its right place. The finish is long and polished — a wine that wears its careful craftsmanship lightly.
