Drawn from the ripest selections across Schütt, Kreutles, and Loibenberg, a cuvée first bottled in this style back in 1988, and one built for the cellar. Ripe yellow pear and a touch of honeyed citrus lead on the nose, with an underlying savory lift that signals depth. On the palate, concentration and precision coexist: zesty lemon pith, a firm saline backbone, and a body that's rounded without tipping into opulence. White pepper and a smooth, yeasty richness carry the finish long. Bone-dry, structured, and clearly unfinished business. Drink from 2027 through 2038.
