Golden and generous, built from 50% Pinot Gris with Auxerrois and Chardonnay filling out the blend. Ripe pear and a faint phenolic grip on the nose, textural, almost waxy. Fourteen months on lees and zero dosage give it weight without sweetness, the Pinot Gris roundness pushing this firmly into food territory rather than aperitif. Richer and more serious than the 2021.
