Fruit from Brand and Niedermorschwihr, co-pressed and fermented together off granite soils. Pear skin and a faint tropical note on the nose, restrained and precise. On the palate, there's real cut to it: zesty, focused, and lean, with acidity that drives cleanly through to the finish. Bone-dry and built on energy rather than richness.
