Twelve months in seasoned oak has drawn out a subtly reductive, forest-floor character, flint, bay leaf, balsamic, alongside a cool, herbal undercurrent. The tannins are fine and gentle, the body lithe, with just enough juiciness to keep things lively. Closes on a floral note of rose and violet. Polished and composed.
