Zind Humbrecht Riesling Clos Häuserer 2021

A whisper of reduction gives way to ripe lemon, white plum and a sun-warmed stoniness that speaks clearly to the south-facing limestone slope at the foot of Hengst. The palate is where it really delivers, lean and cool, with a snap and precision the nose doesn't quite telegraph. Beautifully clean through the finish. Bone-dry.
