Sourced exclusively from the Bisamberg's lighter, sandier soils, this is a barrel selection from the top end of the Select wine, 50% new oak across both 228- and 600-liter formats. Dark cherry and ripe blackberry lead, lifted by a herbal edge and a soft vanilla thread from the oak. Bone-dry and vivid, with bright, finely-grained tannins that grip pleasantly without any roughness. Scented, fresh, and deceptively precise, Vienna Pinot Noir with genuine refinement.
