Weinbach Pinot Noir Furstentum Grand Cru 2021

Fifty-year-old vines on just 0.1 hectares of Furstentum — and this is only the first vintage from a plot the Fallers acquired in 2019. The nose stays guarded, but the palate opens into something striking: taut and linear, with a limestone creaminess running beneath. Fine-grained tannins carry real density and silk. Tart red fruit builds quietly, gaining presence and lift as the wine breathes.
