Smoky and fruited on the nose, peach compote, a whisper of flint, though it hasn't fully opened yet. The palate is where this earns its keep: bright, flowing freshness cushioned by greengage and Reine Claude plum, landing on a clean, lingering lemon finish. Beautifully balanced for Triassic sandstone fruit fermented in used pièce. Bone-dry.
