F.X. Pichler Grüner Veltliner Unendlich 2021

Drawn from the Kellerberg, Liebenberg, and Kollmitz sites, fermented in large cask before moving to 500-liter French oak demi-muids, this is Unendlich doing what it does best, synthesizing Wachau's greatest terroirs into something that feels inevitable. White pepper, ripe pear, yellow citrus, and a cool thread of crushed stone on the nose. Full-bodied but finely tuned on the palate, with a saline, mineral-driven finish that stretches long and clean. The oak is seamlessly absorbed, adding texture without obscuring the site character. Drink 2026–2040.
