Ripe white pear and a whisper of hazelnut on the nose, understated and clean. The palate follows suit, slender, bright, with a racy lift that makes this blend of Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir feel almost weightless. Younger vines, including Pinot Gris from Sonnenglanz, vinified in stainless then aged in foudre. Vivid and refreshing, bone-dry.
