Sourced from young Sommerberg Grand Cru vines and a single limestone parcel, this is all precision and restraint. Tangerine zest, citrus blossom, and crushed stone on the nose, focused and clean. On the palate, tart lemon and orange peel cut through with a lean, sinewy drive, bone-dry and wound tight. Purity over richness, with nothing extraneous.
