Old vines from 1969 and 1990 bring serious depth here. Baked pear, dried apricot, warm gingerbread spice, and a touch of botrytis that adds intrigue without crossing into late-harvest sweetness, the fruit sits in that compelling space between ripe and dried, as if caught at the ideal moment. Medium-sweet on the palate, but the weight is carried with ease, the spice providing enough tension to keep the richness from going soft. Drink now through 2032.
