Pale gold with a greenish cast, the nose leads with herbal bitterness, struck flint, and a petrol note that drifts over oxidative green apple. Dry and lean in the mouth, with a cutting freshness that briefly suggests vin jaune before pulling back into something more stripped-down and direct. Unconventional, cerebral, and genuinely thought-provoking.
