Four years on lees from the clay-sandstone Belzbrunnen site, disgorged June 2025 without dosage. Chamomile and dried apple on the nose carry that unmistakable Riesling fingerprint. The mousse is fine and precise, the palate bright but rounded, bone-dry yet with a savory, umami-edged finish that lingers cleanly.
