Dirler-Cadé 2020

A blend anchored by Saering alongside the surrounding grand crus and the lieu-dit Belzbrunnen. Quiet and composed on the nose, then apple, pear and a faint chalky mineral note on the palate. At just 4g/L residual sugar it reads as genuinely dry. The acidity is soft, a signature of the warm 2020 vintage, yet freshness holds. Poised and harmonious.
