Pine resin, lanolin and wild fennel on the nose, the aromatics opening and gaining focus with time in the glass. Bright acidity and a lightly waxy texture give the wine a distinctive presence on the palate, energetic without being showy, taut and well-proportioned. Chamomile and a trace of Turkish delight drift through on the finish. Give it room to breathe and it keeps on giving.
