Dried herbs, tobacco, cedar and a distinct earthiness push the savory register hard, leaving the fruit somewhat subdued beneath a firm, nervy structure. There's real substance here, good depth and genuine character, but patience is required. Worth revisiting in six months to a year as it begins to open.
