Asili doing what it does best, refined, mid-weight Nebbiolo with an almost silky grace. Dried rose petal, sweet cherry, cedar and a trace of mint and tobacco. The tannins are firm, as the 2019 vintage tends to deliver, but they're finely grained and well-integrated rather than imposing. Elegant and true to site.
