Mullineux Chenin Quartz 2019

Aged 11 months in used oak, this is the more mineral-driven of the Mullineux Chenin pair, struck flint and crushed stone cutting through honeysuckle and jasmine on the nose. There's a waxy, resinous quality on entry, with a spiced, chiseled finish that signals real depth. Beautifully balanced, and worth holding. Drink 2021–2025.
