100% Viura from Laguardia, Rioja Alavesa, fermented with five days of skin contact, six months in barrel, then two further years in stainless steel. A bright yellow-white in the glass, it opens with peach and fennel drifting over a green apple core. Dry and structured for a white, with genuine grip and a creamy texture that keeps things from feeling austere. The finish is firm and focused, with a freshness that runs through to the end.
