Bright redcurrant, sour cherry, and blood orange lead on the nose, sharpened by a peppery, herb-tinged spice. It's a lean, taut wine, stripped of any excess, with focused fruit that carries real intensity without heaviness. Blood orange runs through to the finish, which is long and nervy, with fine-grained tannins arriving quietly at the end.
